Intrigued By International Finance

International Finance is a complex and multi-layered world with many, many aspects. There is no such thing as a guru knowledgeable about every facet. Some people are intrigued by the flow of money around the world; about exchange rates, and which currencies are the most reliable. Some people are intrigued with the actual trade of goods and the global traffic in commodities. Some people are committed to ensuring access to money for everyone. Because there is such a diversity of subjects to address, it is impossible to present a coherent picture of ‘international finance’, writ however large. Stanford University has an excellent website with a number of jumping-off places for anyone generally, or specifically interested in the subject.

Other useful websites range from the World Trade Organization to the Nobel Prize-winning Grameen Bank, financier of small dreams for impoverished women. You will surely find sites to whet your appetite for information and understanding.
